General Terms and Conditions 

You agree to;

• Don’t dry clean item yourself – dry cleaning fee is taken from bond where we do it ourselves, this prevents confusing and late dress returns.

• we do not take cash. rental is secured through bank transfer of the rental price, shipping fee (if applicable) and bond .  

• bond is returned after dry cleaning this allows us to evaluate any permeant damage.

• $15 dollar try on fee applies

• We have the right to keep a bond if deemed necessary. Partial or full bond may be kept depending on level of damage.

• ID is needed such as driver’s license to restrict stealing of garments and theft. Requested with both interstate and local renters for security.

• If interstate you must pay for shipping which is a $15 dollar fee

• By renting a dress with us there must be an agreement with acknowledging this garment is a *hire* garment and has been worn many times before. Small imperfections may be present due to this nature and as always, anything noticeable will be mentioned prior to your hire. For further information, small defects may be listed under the dress listed on our website.

Damage to Items and Failure to Return Items

As a Borrower, you are responsible for returning the Item in the condition it was in when you received it. You acknowledge and agree that, as a Borrower, you are responsible for your own acts and omissions thus, if the garment Is damaged (dry cleaning can’t remove stains) or there is any evident pulls, rips or tears (even slightly) the dress’s FULL retail price must be paid OR price to repair garment is paid.

In the event that a AGrentals claims otherwise and may provide evidence of damage or non-return, including but not limited to photographs, you agree to pay the AGrentals the Recommended Retail Price as contained in the relevant AG rentals Listing document or the relevant repair costs if applicable (this is determined by the state of damage if its repairable or not)

Refund

• We cannot provide refund due to the inconvenience that causes our business, instead a store credit is issued. 

• Items must be returned within 2 days unless a different time frame is discussed

• A late fee will be deducted from bond 10 dollars per day, we cannot afford our dresses to be delayed as they may have other hires.

• We have the right to keep the bond if there is damage to the dresses. which will not go into the repair or the repay of the retail price of the dress.

 

We understand accidents do occur, so if anything happens to our dresses tell us immediately so we can discuss options and so we can notify other renters.
